CUSTOM AVATARS | 3D ENVIRONMENT | TRAINING SCRIPT
  • CUSTOM AVATARS: You define the character, name, gender, age, clothing, voice, and we bring them to life with custom animations suited to the situation.
  • 3D ENVIRONMENT: If we don't already have a fitting environment, we design a 3D space, props and sound atmosphere adapted to your training needs.
  • GAME MECHANICS | UX: We work together in adjusting the user experience to fit extacly with your simulated situation.
  • TRAINING SCRIPT: We redefine the tutor's introduction, character's opening lines, conversational behaviour, training session length, and specially shaping the tutor's feedback (this is specially important to fit entirely your training goals).
CLONED SCENARIO
EXISTING SCENARIO + NEW TRAINING SCRIPT
This is a fast, cost-effective way to retarget an existing scenario for a new training goal. You can pick a scenario from our current public catalogue or one of your existing private scenarios. When we clone a scenario, the avatar, voice, animations, game mecahnics and 3D environment remain exactly as they are and we work together in crafting a new training script.
  • NEW TRAINING SCRIPT ONLY: We can change the training session length, the tutor introduction, character's opening lines, character name, conversational behaviour and the tutor feedback point of view, depending on the training skills you want to practise.
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
YOUR NEEDS + OUR EXPERIENCE
1. Meeting (approx. 3 hours)
We analize together your training needs. We align character profile, the workplace settings, and the specific skills your team needs to practice. We bring all the elements in balance and in the direction of having a meaningful training session.
2. Delivery (after 2 weeks))
We deploy your private, custom scenario to your organization’s account. Depending on its complexity, your tailored training scenario can be delivered in as little as two weeks.
3. Feedback (after testing)
After testing your new training scenario, we make any necessary adjustments. Our clients typically fine-tune small details such as character tone and difficulty level.
